Random the talking tabby cat turned 13 today! Of our three cats, he's the "middle child" and the most social with people of the group. He's not a talking cat like some of the ones you see on animal TV shows... he doesn't say things that sound like English words. But if you tell him something, then pause for a bit, he'll almost always answer. He's the only one of my cats that I can kind of hold a conversation with :)

I don't have a good recent photo of him and will try to remedy that situation. But here he is as a 5 year old young adult cat:
Random has not had too many health problems over the course of his life, but he was diagnosed with feline asthma this year. His case is quite mild and very much under control, but we'll definitely talk more about him in this blog at some point!
Happy Belated B-Day, Random! (I just love that name) And I wanted to add that I was glad to hear that Charlie's doing better. :D
